1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and toto888 ("toto888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at toto888.club ("Platform"). toto888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending further compliance review.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered toto888 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or in coordination with another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. toto888 employs device fingerprinting, identity matching, and payment method analysis to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, all balances may be frozen, and any accumulated bonuses or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and throughout the life of your account. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false date of birth, name, address, or payment details — entitles toto888 to immediately terminate your account and void all associated transactions.

3.3 Login Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. toto888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported an account compromise to toto888 support in a timely manner.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be amended by toto888 at any time. toto888 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, which may vary by account verification status and VIP tier.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. toto888 will not process withdrawals to any payment method that was not used to fund the account, except where the original funding method has been discontinued or is unavailable. Processing times are indicative only — toto888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, payment processors, or eWallet providers.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

toto888 is legally obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") regulations. toto888 may request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and may result in reports being filed with relevant regulatory authorities.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on toto888 are governed by the specific game rules and betting rules published on the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. toto888 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to the display of incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or system malfunctions — toto888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account balance.
• toto888 may void any bet that is found to have been placed in contravention of these Terms, including bets placed using bonus funds in violation of applicable wagering requirements.
• toto888's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, subject only to the toto888 complaints and disputes process.
• The random number generators used in toto888 slot and casino games are certified by an independent testing laboratory. Results are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by toto888 or any third party.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by toto888 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all toto888 bonus funds:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on toto888 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets, access account features, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or system vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a verified exploit will be voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your toto888 account.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under applicable law.
• Providing false personal information during registration or account verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing toto888 staff or other members through any communication channel.

toto888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all bets and transactions associated with that account, and to report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the toto888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, game assets, video content, audio, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of toto888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of toto888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto888 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond toto888's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Member's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.
• Any loss arising from the Member's failure to maintain adequate account security or from unauthorised access to the Member's account where toto888 has not been at fault.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit toto888's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by toto888's own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

toto888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where: (a) toto888 suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) required by law, regulation, or a competent regulatory authority; (c) the Member has requested self-exclusion under the toto888 Responsible Gaming Policy; (d) toto888 is unable to verify the Member's identity or the source of deposited funds to its satisfaction.

Upon legitimate account closure, toto888 will return any remaining real-money balance to the Member via the original deposit payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the absence of any amounts owed to toto888.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the toto888 Platform shall first be submitted to toto888's internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the applicable regulatory body under toto888's gaming licence for independent adjudication. You agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

toto888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the address on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact toto888 to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
